Hi, I’m Meredith. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Portsmouth, NH. I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families on the seacoast. I’m licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine and provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families both in person and online.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative. I strive to meet people exactly where they are while helping them move toward meaningful and lasting change. I am experienced in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns.
My background includes extensive work in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy as well as supporting young adults as they navigate the transition to adulthood.
I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices, allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe a successful therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, and openness to growth.
