Friends and family can provide some help and support, but nothing seems to create more lasting change. We will help you unlock the keys to understanding yourself and your experiences to find a better path forward.
What to expect
We will schedule a 10-15 minute phone call to better understand your current problem, for you to ask me questions about how I can be most helpful to you, and to schedule an intake appointment.
Each appointment will last about 45-50 minutes where you will discuss the problem with your clinician and the underlying situations and behaviors that contribute to it.
You and your clinician will come up with a plan for how often to meet to help you achieve your goals.
If appropriate, and with your consent, we can coordinate care with:
- Primary care physician
- Other therapists
- Other individuals you deem appropriate
