Matt Fowler, LMFT

Hi, I’m Matt Fowler, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Portsmouth, NH. I am passionate about helping families overcome challenges and build stronger, more resilient relationships. I specialize in supporting children, parents, and couples navigating emotional and behavioral difficulties, including ADHD, trauma, and anxiety. Whether you’re facing the unique challenges of raising a child with ADHD, coping with the lasting impact of trauma, or managing family anxiety, I’m here to provide compassionate and effective therapy on the Seacoast.

As a parent, witnessing your child struggle can be incredibly stressful. These experiences can impact their social interactions, academic performance, and overall well-being. I understand the complexities of these challenges and am committed to helping you and your child find lasting solutions.
